This class is designed to wake you up for the day ahead. Open to all abilities, age and gender. We start off with some light aerobic work and mobility exercises, we then progress toward a strength style circuit, working on either upper body, lower body, core, or a combination of these. The class ends with a couple of high intensity exercises combined with some stretches.
As the name suggests the class is 45 minutes long.
We charge €180 for a full month of classes (12 classes). Option to take 2 classes per week at €120 a month.
