Description

This class is geared for older adults looking to maintain their muscle mass, bone density and general health, while also addressing flexibility issues.

Duration

This class lasts 1 hour and is usually broken down into a 10 minutes warm up, then 25 minutes weight training (with lots of timed rest periods), followed by 15 minutes core work and 10 minutes on mobility at the end.

Cost

A month of training with our highly trained personal trainer costs €120 this includes 8 fitness classes and body measurements. Dietary assessment can be added for €50.
